Puppy Training
It's always great welcoming a new puppy into the family. But it is very easy to underestimate how difficult it will be to teach them to live with people and other animals, and how to be a good friend. I am a big believer in reward-based training and lots of praise. Discipline is definitely not something to avoid but it must be only used when it is absolutely necessary. I offer one-on-one sessions to ensure that you and your puppy get the time and attention that you simply don't get from big puppy classes. I will give tips and advice for training your pup yourself, and be there to tackle any issues if and when they arise.
When you book a session, we can meet in a place of your choosing such as family home or dog-friendly public area where I can meet you and your furry friend and we can discuss any training you would like to pursue.
Prices
All sessions will be priced at £20 per hour per puppy. You choose how long your sessions are and you only pay for the time you get. Prices are doubled for weekend or Bank Holiday sessions.
Sessions can be one-off or recurring. As long as they are booked over the phone, e-mail, or via the Facebook page (see Home page for contact details) at least a week in advance to secure the time slot. You can ask for a session up to an hour before, but there is no guarantee that you will get one.
Fees are payable on the beginning of each session, via cash, bank transfer, or PayPal. Card payments can not be taken. Payment details for bank transfer or PayPal will be given in person at the beginning of the first paid session. No details will be given over the phone or the internet.
